She is an eloquent lecturer and voluble national and international speaker. After completing her premedical studies at The Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Bucay obtained her medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine, and underwent dermatology training at the University of Miami and the Baylor College of Medicine. She practiced for eight years in Mexico City before relocating to San Antonio in 1999.As a seasoned medical dermatologist, Dr. Bucay is also committed to improving the aesthetics of her patients' skin with cosmetic dermatology treatments.
